4. Data Storage and Security

• All data is securely stored in Google Firebase & Firestore, using Google Cloud servers located in compliance with Indian data residency standards.
• Documents uploaded by users (invoices, bills, etc.) are encrypted both in transit (HTTPS) and **at rest**.
• Access to your data is restricted to authorized personnel only.

Despite best efforts, no system can guarantee 100% security. By using Buzel, you acknowledge and accept these standard risks.

5. Data Retention

• Uploaded invoices and extracted data are retained as long as your account is active.
• Upon cancellation or deletion request, all user data is permanently deleted within 30 days unless legally required to be preserved.
• Demo account data is automatically purged after a limited period of inactivity.

6. Payments & Financial Data

• All payments are processed securely via Razorpay, India’s PCI-DSS-compliant payment gateway.
• Buzel does not store card numbers, UPI IDs, or banking credentials on its servers.
• Razorpay’s privacy policy governs the processing of all financial data.
