Buzel is an AI-powered invoice parsing and business insight tool designed to help small businesses and professionals in India digitize invoices, extract data, and generate GST-ready summaries and reports.

Key features include:

• Invoice scanning and AI-powered data extraction (including handwritten bills)
• GST & Tax summaries (exportable in Excel format)
• Vendor payment tracking and spending insights
• Monthly and yearly report dashboards

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Buzel. By using this Service, you confirm that you are legally eligible to enter into binding agreements under Indian law.

4. Data Extraction & Accuracy Disclaimer

Our AI system automatically extracts information from uploaded invoices and bills. While we strive for high accuracy, Buzel does not guarantee 100% correctness in data extraction or calculations. Users are responsible for reviewing and verifying all extracted data before using it for accounting, taxation, or filing purposes.

Buzel shall not be held liable for any errors, misinterpretations, or compliance issues arising from inaccurate data extraction.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Upload illegal, fraudulent, or offensive content.
• Upload documents that do not belong to you without authorization.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or misuse the Buzel platform or its AI model.
• Interfere with the functioning or security of the platform.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if any such activity is detected.

6. Subscriptions & Payments

Buzel operates on a subscription-based model.

• All plans are billed monthly or annually, depending on the user’s selection.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled before the renewal date.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings.
• Refunds are not provided for partial months or unused time, except where required by law.
• Payments are securely processed via Razorpay in INR (₹).

7. Data Privacy & Security

Your privacy is important to us. All uploaded documents and extracted data are stored securely using Google Firebase and Firestore under industry-standard encryption. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details on how we collect, store, and use your data.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, code, design, and materials available on Buzel are the property of Buzel Tech. You may not copy, distribute, or reuse any part of the Service without written consent from Buzel.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Buzel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:

• The use or inability to use the Service
• Errors in extracted or calculated data
• Any business loss or compliance issue due to reliance on AI-generated information

Users are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable tax laws and GST regulations.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Buzel if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or harmful behavior.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Goa, India.
